LocalEnhance started as a local-SEO agency in Bonifacio Global City and grew an engineering spine: our own database, our own message broker, our own agent protocol surface, our own deploy tooling. Fourteen architecture decisions are written down with their reasoning. Two production regions. Zero public ports.
